Mr. Dreg was originally from Baltimore, MD. He first met Daniel Smith while robbing some men he defeated in a fight. Daniel asked him if he wanted to make some real money in Korea, and that is how he joined the New International Branch

Synopsis

Mr. Dreg is introduced along with Mangil Ri and Daniel Smith as a member of New International's overseas branch.He arrives in South Korea and is tasked with ensuring the drugs are transferred safely. Mr. Dreg sees Ji Yeonwoo is running by and attacks him with his brass knuckles. He tells Yeonwoo that the fight won't be fun since Yeonwoo appears to be a nerd.

Mr. Dreg begins fighting with Yeonwoo. Yeonwoo is worried that he might lose to Mr. Dreg, since he is too strong. Mr. Dreg is also worried because Yeonwoo gets back up every time he is knocked down. He asks why Yeonwoo is so motivated to win, and Yeonwoo tells him that getting up after defeat is simply Kyoukushin.As the fight continues, Mr. Dreg becomes discouraged and surprised that he can't take down Yeonwoo when he's taken down so many men before. Yeonwoo tells Mr. Dreg that his opponent is not a god, and that fear is what is holding him back. As he is knocked down, Yeonwoo thanks Mr. Dreg for teaching him with this fight.
